Mochi Yeast Bread Loaf | 麻薯方吐司

This is a yeast bread recipe with tapioca flour. With the addition of tapioca flour, bread becomes softer and more spongy.

Ingredients

  • 360g Bread Flour (3 cups)
  • 65g Tapioca Flour (½ cup)
  • 270g Warm Water (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
  • 15g milk powder (2 tbsp)  
  • 25g Sugar (2 tbsp)
  • 6g Salt (1 tsp)
  • 3g Instant Dry Yeast (1 tsp)
  • 30g Softened butter (2 tbsp) 

* Loaf Pan size: 7 x 4 x 4.5 in / 18x10x11.5cm
