[No Egg] [No Butter][One-Bowl][無蛋][無牛油]
Super easy one-bowl chocolate cake that is moist and crumbly, topped with dairy-free chocolate glaze. This cake uses very simple ingredients and can be made vegan including the glaze.

Ingredients
— 6-in Cake —
- 170g all-purpose flour (1¼ cup)
- 25g cocoa powder (¼ cup)
- 3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 100g sugar (½ cup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 72g oil (⅓ cup)
- 240g milk (1 cup) [use water/coffee if vegan]
— Chocolate Glaze —
- 120g chocolate chips (¾ cup)
- 40g oil (3 tbsp)
- 40g corn syrup (2 tbsp)
- 1-2 tsp water to adjust consistency as needed
* Yield: ~1 cup glaze
* VEGAN VERSION: use water/coffee instead of milk, and vegan chocolate chips
* After removing cake from pan, trim off top of cake to make it even if needed
