Mochi Cheese Bread | 麻糬芝士麵包

Ingredients

1 cup mochiko flour (150g)

1 tbsp cornstarch (8g)

½ tsp baking powder (2g)

½ tsp salt (4g)

½ cup or 4oz cream cheese (115g)

1 egg

3 tbsp melted butter (40g)

¼ cup milk (60ml)
